Program Requirements for all BScN Streams

Once you are in your final year of the BScN program, you must begin preparations for writing the RN Exams with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).  An integral part of the process is the completion of the forms supplied by the Coordinator of Studies Office. Please review the information below, as well as the more detailed information contained on each form.

IMPORTANT STEPS FOR STUDENTS!

      1. Complete RN Exams Intent to Write Form (beginning of your final year). This form will only be made available here online and must be completed and returned to your site’s Academic Advisor.
      2. Complete Temporary Registration Form (beginning of your final year). This form will only be made available here online and must be completed and returned to your site’s Academic Advisor.
      3. Contact CNO regarding RN temporary registration process (end of your final year)
